Tutli Putli India – Refund Policy

At Tutli Putli India, we are committed to making your shopping experience smooth and trustworthy. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy provides clear guidance on how we handle returns and refunds.
1.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

A clear unboxing/unpacking video is mandatory and must be shared during the return request.

You must raise the return request within 7 days of the delivery date.

The product should be purchased at regular price. Discounted or sale items are not eligible unless defective or wrong.
2.
Unboxing/Unpacking Video Requirement

A proper unboxing video is required for any return, refund, or replacement claim.

The video must begin before the package is opened, clearly showing the product and any issues (if applicable).

Returns or complaints without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
3.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for the following:

Final sale or discounted items

Personalized or custom-made products
-
Hygiene-related items (e.g., innerwear, beauty, wellness)

Gift cards or promo codes
-
Bulk/wholesale orders
4.
Return Fee & Deductions

A ₹250 deduction applies to all approved refunds to cover reverse logistics and handling costs.

Exception: If the customer self-ships the returned item, no deduction will be applied.

Refunds are processed only after successful inspection of the returned item and video verification.
5.
How to Initiate a Return

Mandatory unboxing video (uploaded to Google Drive, WeTransfer, or attached)

Return Shipping:

We arrange reverse pickup where serviceable.

If reverse pickup is not available, customers may be asked to self-ship the item.

Shipping charges are reimbursed in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect deliveries.

Inspection & Processing:

Once received, the item will undergo a quality check.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days (minus ₹250 if reverse pickup was used).

Refund Method
-
Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method (Card/UPI/Wallet/Bank).

Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded via UPI or direct bank transfer after details are verified.
-
Any original delivery charges are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
7.
Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

Report issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
8.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once shipped, cancellations or modifications are not possible.

Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived:
