RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Easy returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase! We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

How to initiate a return:

  • Contact us within 15 days of purchase by emailing us at tutliputli.india@gmail.com
  • We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 days.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
  • Items marked as “Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged Item Returns

We understand that sometimes products can be damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, we apologize for the inconvenience and want to help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To be eligible for a full refund for a damaged item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at tutliputli.india@gmail.com
  • Provide a clear and concise video of yourself unpacking the damaged item. Start filming before opening the package and capture the entire unpacking process, highlighting any visible damage.

Please note:

  • Failing to provide an unpacking video within the 24-hour timeframe may limit your eligibility for a full refund.
  • We reserve the right to assess the damage based on the provided video evidence before approving a full refund.
  • If the item is deemed damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, you are responsible for the cost of returning the damaged item.

Once we receive and review your video and request:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within [number] business days.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within [number] business days.
