How long will it take to receive my order?

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Here’s a breakdown of the typical timeframe:

Delivery: 5-10 business days (may arrive sooner)

  • During peak seasons, deliveries might take longer due to carrier volume.
  • Delays can also occur due to factors beyond our control, such as distance, customs, or natural disasters.
  • We provide tracking information with every order so you can follow its progress.

Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise which are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?

Don’t worry about your package getting lost! We understand the postal service can be unpredictable at times. Here’s what happens if your order encounters any issues:

Lost in transit or held at customs: We’ve got you covered. Because all our packages are insured, we’ll send you a replacement with priority shipping and full tracking information, whenever possible.

Returned to us: In the rare case your package is returned to us for any reason, we’ll work with you to get it back on its way.

Remember: Once your order leaves our warehouse, the postal service is unfortunately out of our control. However, thanks to our insured shipping, you can rest assured we’ll do everything we can to get your order to you safely and quickly.
